Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel COL+ at any time. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. We never charge you before your account is verified, and we send a reminder before every renewal so you're never surprised.

You must complete verification before you can subscribe to COL+. If your verification is later declined while you have an active subscription, we automatically cancel it so you aren't charged again. For subscriptions billed by Apple or Google, we'll also help you request a refund through the appropriate store.

COL+ is a recurring subscription. About three days before each renewal, we email you a reminder with a one-tap link to manage or cancel your subscription before you're charged.

Where you cancel depends on where you subscribed:

• Web: Open the billing portal from your Membership & billing page.
• iOS: Manage Apple subscriptions.
• Android: Manage Google Play subscriptions.

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies. Refund requests for those purchases are handled directly by the respective store, and we'll help where we can.
